Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders placed at poolequipprotect.com for delivery within the contiguous United States—the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC.

Free standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations. Available shipping services and any applicable charges for other destinations or expedited delivery are shown at checkout.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or has a different lead time, we will contact you with an update.

Delivery and Tracking

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and weather, holidays or other carrier disruptions may cause delays.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
